Erin is a native Richmonder who moved home to attend the University of Richmond School of Law after studying theology at Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and St. Patrick’s College in Maynooth, Ireland. While in law school, Erin focused her attention on litigation, interning with the Richmond Office of the Public Defender and the Chesterfield Commonwealth Attorney, as well as captaining the Trademark Moot Court Team. After law school, she represented children and incarcerated adults as a Guardian ad Litem in Chesterfield and Henrico Counties. With Christina Pendleton and Associates, she represents clients in traffic and criminal court, with issues ranging from (and not limited to) reckless driving or driving on a suspended license, to DUI and possession of marijuana, and other criminal matters.
Beyond the office, Erin competes in Strongman contests, runs a small trivia company named after her Orange Cat, and is an active member of the Richmond theater community as a lighting designer. She believes in being engaged in her home community in as many ways as possible.
