Desiree is Christina Pendleton & Associate’s Personal Injury Intake Paralegal. She handles any incoming potential clients who have been injured and are seeking legal advice and help, and assists with the beginning stages of their case, including signing clients up. Desiree attended University of Phoenix, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After graduation, Desiree worked as a behavioral health aide at a high school in Texas. She also is the founder of a 501 (c) (3) non-profit called L.Y.S.A (Love Yourself Stop Abuse), that is a support group for women and their children who are transitioning form domestic violence situations. She and her family re-located from Texas to Virginia in December 2018 to Fort Lee; as her husband is in the Army. While in Virginia, Desiree completed and published a book titled “The Married Millennial: Defining Morals, Mindset and Marriage.”

Desiree realized after working with victims of domestic violence, she had a passion for the legal system, and wanted to gain firm experience. Since coming to CP&A, she has developed a love for personal injury law, and takes pride in advocating for clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

Desiree resides in Fort Lee with her husband and their 4 children and 3 dogs. In her free time, she enjoys family game nights, cooking with her family, writing, decorating her home, and work on a project car with her husband.
