Before joining Christina Pendleton & Associates, she worked as an adjuster at a leading excess and surplus lines insurance company in Richmond, Virginia where she handled various casualty claims from slip/trip/falls to worksite fatalities. As a personal injury attorney, Amber uses her past experiences as an adjuster and litigator to help her clients navigate the claim process and get them the compensation they deserve. Amber is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
"As a women- and minority-led firm, Pendleton Law Team fosters an unparalleled environment that encourages attorneys to advocate for their clients with empathy and respect. Litigation is inherently adversarial. But I believe with a little compassion and grace, we can reshape this landscape to benefit our clients and ourselves. We can be the change we want to see in our profession."
Amber and her husband live in Richmond. She enjoys traveling, teaching and practicing yoga, reading, and exploring the James River parks.
