Case Manager
Originally from Centreville, Virginia, Taylor made her way to the Richmond area and is studying Business Administration with a focus on Paralegal Studies from Brightpoint Community College. As a member of our customer service representative team, Taylor reaches out to clients to check-in on them while they are seeing medical providers and healing from their injuries. She also obtains the necessary paperwork to move the case forward before settlement or litigation and answers any questions from clients, walking them through the process of a personal injury case.
Taylor works out of our Richmond office.

Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys hiking, camping, and embroidery which is what she taught herself to do during the height of the pandemic in 2020. Prior to joining our team, Taylor also used to decorate cakes and attended pastry school. She can bake just about anything!
