Intakes Specialist
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Erica Michelle relocated from her hometown to put down new roots in 2022. Erica Michelle comes to the Pendleton Law Team with extensive legal experience and holds an Associates Degree, Paralegal Certificate, and Holistic Health Coach certification. As a member of our intakes team, she is one of the first people our clients talk with to discuss their case and works to ensure our callers receive fast and friendly service in order to get retained as quickly as possible or referred to the appropriate resource if we are unable to retain their case. She also assists with the initial set up of all new cases and helps new clients understand the process of a personal injury case.

When she isn’t helping our clients, Erica Michelle loves organizing and interior design. She also loves everything to do with holistic health and wellness and I’ve coached people with their health journey for the past eight years. She has two adult children and two shih-tzu fur-babies.
