Pendleton Law Team Raises Nearly $2,700 for Children’s Hospital of Richmond at Anthem LemonAid Stand
This summer, the Pendleton Law Team set up our THIRD annual Anthem LemonAid stand to support the Children’s Hospital of Richmond’s oncology and hematology department, and thanks to our generous community, we surpassed our fundraising goal in a big way!
Our team set an ambitious goal of $2,500, and with the help of our clients, friends, and neighbors, we raised nearly $2,700. Every dollar goes directly toward supporting children battling cancer and blood disorders, funding lifesaving treatments, and providing hope to patients and their families.
Dunk Tank Fun
This year’s stand wasn’t just about lemonade, it was about fun, community spirit, and a little friendly splash. One of the biggest highlights of the day was our dunk tank, where brave volunteers climbed into the hot seat to take the plunge for a good cause. The energy really soared when local radio personalities Jeff Wicker and Rebecca Wilde from Mix 98.1 joined in the fun. Visitors were ready to send them into the water, and their laughter and enthusiasm kept the crowd buzzing all afternoon.
Impact on Kids Fighting Cancer
The Anthem LemonAid program has raised more than $2 million since its start, and we’re honored to contribute to that legacy for the last three years. Knowing that our efforts will help provide specialized care, cutting-edge research, and emotional support to children and their families makes every splash, laugh, and glass of lemonade worth it.

From setting up our creative stand design to cheering on dunk tank participants, every member of our team played a role in making the day special. We’re proud that this event not only raised critical funds but also brought our community together in a way that was joyful, uplifting, and inspiring.
